在國際潮流下,綠色成了領先企業的共同語言。與國際趨勢接軌,分享先進
觀念。1987 年「我們共同的未來」、1992 年「二十一世紀議程」、1997 年
「氣候變化綱要公約之京都會議」代表了二十世紀末政府及民眾環保意識之
大覺醒,民眾逐漸了解到關注全球環保問題時,可以以個人消費手段造成企
業對這些問題的具體因應。所以企業應將環保問題納入企業整體策略的考量
之中,不再視自然環境為外部的影響。企業應把環境保護視為本身的使命,
進而發展成為一種競爭優勢。
Under international trend, “green” becomes the common language of
pioneer enterprises. To get in track with international trend and
partake in pioneer concept, “我們共同的未來” of 1987, “二十一
世紀議程” of 1992 and “氣候變化綱要公約之京都會議” of 1997
represent the big awakening of both government and people’s
environmental protection consciousness of the end of 20TH century,
and people are beginning to understand that concerning global
environmental protection issues, we can cause the concrete
feedback of enterprises with personal consuming measures.
Therefore, enterprises should consider environmental issues while
making strategies as a whole, and moreover, developing them into
a kind of competing superiority.
企業面對持續不斷的壓力,如何不斷開發、生產、行銷對環境「友善」的產
品以加強「綠色競爭力」將成為生存與「永續發展」的契機。企業採行環保
創新技術,不僅可以減少對環境的衝擊與危害,更可降低成本,提升產品競
爭力、及增加企業形象。因此本報告旨在探討企業的綠色競爭力及環保策略
與環保創新技術的採行,對環保績效所造成的影響。
Facing constant pressure, how to develop, produce and promote for
enterprises to do so as to enforce “green competition power”
becomes the opportunity for surviving and “sustainable
development”. Enterprises adopt creative environmental protection
techniques, not only to reduce the impact and crisis to the
environment, but also to cut down the cost, elevate competing power
of products and promote the image of enterprises. Therefore, the
main purpose of this report is to discuss the green competing power
of enterprises and the adoption of strategies and creative
techniques for environmental protection which have an impact on the
efficiency of environmental protection.
綠色世紀的真正來臨,企業動環境管理使用環保創技術,生產對環境友善的產
品,塑造企業的新形象。企業若能使用與發展創新的環保技術,不但可降低生
產成本,以綠色產品取得較高價格,開創新的市場區隔,更能增進企業利潤。
故台灣的企業在面臨環保問題時,不要消極躲避環保壓力,應以主動負責的態
度積極處理環保問題,採取有利於環境的生產技術,長期將有助於企業的永續
發展。
The true Green Century has come, and so enterprises adopt creative
environmental protection techniques in managing environments,
produce environment-friendly products and create an new image of
themselves. If enterprises can use and develop creative new
environmental protection techniques, they will not only reduce
production cost, sell green products at a higher price and open new
market partition, but also increase profits of themselves.
Therefore, when facing environmental protection problems,
enterprises in Taiwan need not negatively escape environmental
protection pressure, but they should positively manage
environmental protection problems with responsible attitudes and
adopt production techniques that are good to the environment, so
that they will be beneficial to these enterprises’ sustainable
development in the long term.
