本研究資料來源為USPTO之專利資料庫,利用Patent　Guider 1.0專利分析軟體,以關鍵字

Abstract, Claim, Description/Specification" 四欄進行線上專利資料蒐集, data
mining時間為2005年4月19日。以application date分析,資料範圍開始日期為1995年10月
27日,結束日期為2003年2月7日；以issue date分析,資料範圍開始日期為1998年7月28日,
結束日期為2004年12月31日,是故2005年以後公告的專利並不在此次分析範圍。

本研究將檢索出的專利經過初步瀏覽後,所得到符合主題的資料共264筆專利,將264筆專利
進行專利地圖分析,其分析如下:

,date of data mining is on 2005 April 19, using application data to analyse,
beginning date of data demand is on 27 October 1995 and end date is on 7
February 2003 ; using issue date to analyze, the beginning date of data demand
is on 28 July 1998 and end date is on 31 December 2004, therefore announcement
of patent after 2005 is not included in this analyzing demand .

The research initially browsed all the searched patent and get 264 patents
which match subject of data,using 264 patents to proceed patent map analyzing,
