請問各位高手

cream 和butter的差異?

都可以用 奶油 來翻嗎?

不好意思..只約略知道它是什麼...但 butter cream又要怎麼翻譯呢?


由於翻的是日文食譜 用英文去理解 不知是否合適?

花邊 butter 應該是奶油.尤其是動物性的.
