該怎麼連接 - 翻譯

小弟最近在做日翻英的工作

遇到一個問題

譬如說像以下這個句子:

左手把龍頭擺直，右手扶著握把，右腳踩著主腳架，讓主腳架的左右邊同時貼在地上，

然後架起來

以下是我翻的英文句子

Turn the handle toward the front with your left hand

Hold the rear carrier with your right hand

Tread on the main switch with your right foot to set up it with both its
supporting point touching the ground.

(我暫時沒有把他串起來,只是先把個別的子句翻出來)

這是一個一連串的動作

在中文及日文的文法上可以允許這樣的安排

但在英文是不行的

所以我在想要用什麼方式把它們連接起來又可以不失原來的語感

是用分號來區隔

還是就一直用and來連結 (這樣感覺好像and會太多?)

還是有更好的方式?
