請教數字的大寫小數點後要怎麼寫in words - 翻譯

請教大家...

我需將一串數字 in words 寫出來

像是... 642,555.1234

其實困擾我的是小數點後的表達.

前面的部份

Six Hundred Forty Two and Five Hundred Fifty Five
"AND??" One Two Three Four 嗎?

醬不就有2個AND. 感覺很怪說...

還是說. 小數點前其實完全不要用AND, 而小數點用AND呢??

小數點唸"point" , 小數點前不需加and

書寫不可以直接寫數字嗎? 小數點唸point, 後面數字直
接唸.. point one two three four

因為書寫要求要in words...雖然知道唸POINT, 但書寫也是
