譯費打折？ - 翻譯

請問大家兼職譯者的經驗
有沒有客戶不滿意翻譯品質的話
譯費會扣錢或打折的？

我目前遇到的情況是
翻譯社說 不論是翻譯 或是 審稿
如果客戶不滿意品質
他們會斟酌將譯費或審稿費打八折
請問這是不是合理的要求呢？

打折 扣錢是合理機制 但有一些前提

1.事先約定 2.標準客觀 3.事實明顯
如果不符合這基本三項 就是他們理虧
